You play as a cherry with some weak legs. You can't jump conventionally. Instead you rely on a single mechanic, your Katanas. You can use them to attack, throw and boost yourself off of enemies. You have to act quickly to gain points and keep the timer from reaching zero.

By having a single mechanic, the game can have more of a focus on a core gameplay loop and that's how I loosely related it to the Less is More theme for the BTP Game Jam.

This is my second game jam so I wasn't able to achieve a well themed or bigger game, but I am proud of it nonetheless. I think it could be a fun game to play for 5 minutes at a time and maybe come back to which is all that I personally care about.

Oh hi Chase! Sorry I wasn’t able to figure out how to submit it for the jam. There was a really weird problem that I couldn’t solve with an hours worth of google searches. I might have found a solution though so I’ll try to submit it when I remember!
